Never received product and they haven’t given a refund

I purchased 4 pair of socks and received email that they product would be shipped along with a shipping number. After 15 days it still showed as not shipped so I tried calling and they don't accept calls. I emailed and got a pre-printed email. They have my money and I am still without product. User's recommendation: Don't buy from this company.
