On 11/11 I purchased a shirt and received it by 11/18. I was happy with the transaction so I ended up buying another on 11/29 but have yet to receive it. For the past 3 days I have been calling, emailing, and messaging 21threads to get any kind of information about my order. I have not received one bit of correspondence back from their non-existant customer service. The only time I got a response back is when I filed a claim with PayPal on the original product I did receive which they made the time to respond to within an hour.
