I had a forwarding number with them for several months. The number was on my advertising. While I was on vacation the card I used to pay copycall was compromised and had to be cancelled. I unintentionally forgot to contact copycall because it took a couple of weeks to get a replacement card. Copycall sent one email and a few minutes later a cancellation. By the time I returned from vacation and read the email it was too late, the number was already sold to someone else and all of the advertising materials had to be cancelled and thrown away. It's my fault for not contacting them, but there wasn't a reason to ridicule me for my mistake. One email wasn't adequate notice before cancelling the same day. It didn't allow enough time to correct the issue. But this wasn't the end of the story. When I contacted the representative, Dave was rude and ridiculing me with every reply. He even thought is was hilarious that I lost thousands of dollars on advertising. Then I checked with the Better Business Bureau. They have an "F" rating with an abundance of complaints... I can see why!
