First, the advertisement on the TV is very misleading and subjecting consumers to high pressure sales tactics. I followed the instructions carefully, but the scratches are STILL on my car, and has not been removed at all. "Just wipe away"...ABSOLUTELY WRONG!!! In fact, it even ruined some part of my car, where I used the pen on it. After applying it, and let it dry on the sunlight, it composed a hard coat on the surface. This product of yours does NOT vanish the scratches, but even causes more damage!!! They have 30 days return on UNOPENED item. How can you call it a product guarantee if the guarantee is voided by opening the product?’ I feel being mislead and tricked in order to get me as a customer, "seen on TV ".
