The Tech was able to get me through the initial steps but not to clear the error code. After getting off the phone I went on the internet and asked how to clear an error code E. It said to disconnect the negative battery terminal for a few seconds and then reconnect. Following that run through the steps the Tech gave me, and I was able to reset the anti-theft system, radio, and clock. It seems like this is information (the battery part) that the Tech should have had readily available, instead of me having to research on my own. User's recommendation: Nothing. The Techs need to be prepared.
