My refund is taking too long

My name is Onwuama Mike. I have sent several mails to you on how a sum $59.99 was deducted from my account on the 10th of June 2020. You assured me that the money has been refunded and I will get the money in 5working days since the 12th day of June and today is 20th.I must confess that am really not happy with the whole issue and I request that you look into my refund. Thanks
