This not the first time me and my family have went to the Cookout on North Main St in Suffolk and every time we order a cheese burger there always medium rare. Me and my family dont eat medium rare food. I don't have transportation to take the food back so I lose my appetite and I can't eat. I was wondering if I could be reimbursed or something because thats money that i can be wasting User's recommendation: Ask if their meals are rare, medium rare or well done when it comes to burgers and thins like that.
