This may be normal and happens often, but this is the first time this has happened to me. I bought a kids bike from 365 Cycles for a good price (it was on sale on Ebay). I received an email with an order confirmation, I thought everything was in order. The bike was ordered for my daughter's birthday and there was enough time to wait for the bike, I didn't worry - a birthday present was bought. But after a while it turned out that the bike had not been sent to me, explaining that someone had bought it earlier. Why then the bike was sold on the site? Why was my money withdrawn and my order confirmed? By the way, they promised to return the money to me in the near future, but so far I have not received anything. I hope everything will be ok. My main dissatisfaction is that the time was wasted and I had to look for another gift as soon as possible. However, I found a similar bike in a small offline store near my house. I'm waiting for my money back.
