my account was banned for no apparent reason.

I had not matched with anybody or messaged anybody in over two weeks, but had logged in the day before to swipe some. The next day I logged in to a banned account! I received no warning via email, and customer service will not even tell me WHY my account was banned let alone do anything about it! Unacceptable! I paid over $100 for a 6 month Tinder Gold subscription! I should at least receive some reasoning behind the banning of my account! I am genuinely annoyed to the extreme! What the hell kind of business model / customer service is this?!
