“MUSIC TODAY” IS NOT WORTHY OF ANY CUSTOMER’S TRUST OR MONEY
Recently, and in the past, I've given Music Today every possible chance to honorably fulfill orders for collectable music. Without question, the prices at Music Today are unreasonably inflated to the max and beyond. Also, their newsletters feature minor deals, which are often untrue.Their representatives are very unprofessional. They subject their customers to whatever their moods may be at time of purchase. Manager, Sam Ranson(whom usually chooses to remain "unknown"), can be either incredibly courteous or quite bossy and weird. In fact, the entire staff of Music Today, in Virginia, enjoys pulling rude pranks and making fools of customers. Lastly, and most important, Music Today tends to be quite unreliable in processing orders and ships costly, fragile merchandise in cheap bags. If...if orders are received, merchandise frequently arrives in poor or broken condition. I'd not wish to give this criticism to any business, but Music Today has repeatedly abused my, and other worldwide customers I know, trust. This is truly sad. Music Today is a business that does not abide by the golden rule: respect your customers, and don't do unto other people what you would not want done to you. In summary, Music Today is a business not worthy of any customer's trust.
