They withdraw $7 monthly from my checking account for not keeping the balance above a certain amount. I have been unemployed for a while and have been looking for employment with no luck. I have been a long time customer and I feel they have not helped me at all but refunding me $7 few weeks ago, big whoop, just to take it back. I cannot afford this on a monthly basis, especially now during this Corona virus lockdown. If they can waive other charges, why not this? I am switching banks because the customer service is not what it used to be. Hope the CEO of PNC sees this and steps up. User's recommendation: Look for other banks.
