I also have a lifetime guarantee with a garden window. I have the sealer falling out of the side windows and top of window is coming apart. It is also leaking and causing mold in the corners of the windows, I do I get this taken care of. Lowe's are the ones we ordered and had them installed the window. They have not even bothered to help either. So what am I supposed to do? It is against the law to have mold in your home and this window as mold. For the price I paid for this window it should be fixed and I am tired of getting the run around.
