On July 30, 2021 - we ordered a 5-ton Trane condenser + air handler. When the order was place by the service company we were told that the air handler is in stock but the condenser is on back order. Since this day we have been asking for an estimated delivery date for this back ordered condenser. The service company is trying and I have called Trane customer service but still have no indication of a delivery date.
