Missing refund still…

My cruise from this summer was cancelled on 5/4/20 due to COVID shutdowns. Carnival has already refunded me the bulk sum of money, but CruisesOnly is still claiming they haven’t received their portion of the refund. They said they are holding my $324.99 until they receive their portion from Carnival. It has been over 90 days. I don’t believe they are still waiting. User's recommendation: Don’t go through a third party.
