Missing parts of my order

I ordered a pool, and at first I was happy they called to upgrade us no charge since the pool we ordered was out of stock. Then I get my order, and I am missing the solar cover and parts of the foam coving that I paid for. Left messages no response. They are a horrible company, do not recommend!!! User's recommendation: Go somewhere else.
