Missing $1150

I received funds from my school in regards to assistance with Covid. I received $1150. I have been fighting with this company since May 7th and now it is June 21. Those funds were intended to help catch up with some bills as well as my twelve-year-old son. I keep getting the runaround. I am currently on hold (32 minutes) just to speak to a human. If you have a choice, avoid Rapid! User's recommendation: If you have the choice, avoid Rapid!Pay.
