Misleading information on bill.

I am very disappointed that after two years of being with Virgin, I find that they are like any other service provider with regards to misleading information on billing issues. My bill states that 0 device balance is reached on July 30th 2021, yet my August 1st invoice still charges me the 105.63 for three phones. No perks here. User's recommendation: questionable.
