i had undergone a hair transplant from Active Roots in June last year and the results are not *** expected, inspite spending so much money my hairs are same as it is before the treatment. so i call them and went to there office to rectify the issue but they have already shifted everything from here to pune, only two females are present there and no senior staff, i talked to them and they said that you get the solution within 3 days from there QC department but till now haven't received any solution inspite constant follow ups and now they even stopped replying to my mails and even not picking up the calls
