Mailed my Product issue and a replacement for Hesh 3 Headphones

Ordered the Product on 18-05-2020 and I got the delivery on 21-05-2020 Hesh 3 Blue Color. Order No - 408-414****-742**** The Product was defective and it broke down after minimal use. I was really not expecting this built quality from a very reputed company like Skullcandy even after spending so much. I expect you to replace this product as soon as possible. Really very disappointed. The Indian Dealer Brand Eyes is not lifting there Customer Care number as well not replying to my mail from last 48 hrs. Please look forward to it and I hope some action is been taken as soon as possible. User's recommendation: Indian customers please don't buy as there is no service center or any responsible person to even reply .
