LPG Cylinder Sold In Black

Hi, Aditya Bharatgas Agency Sasane Nagar Hadapsar Pune 411028 has sold our cylinder to some one in black, we booked salender on 11 Jan 14 and today dated 23 Jan 14 I have received massage that gas cylinder is delivered but we have not received and every day gas van passes from my home and the supplier guy says ur booking number will come tomorrow and he never delivered infact today he sold in black only.
