Lost iphone claim

There website is terrible. No easy way to follow up on my existing claim to check the status. Wait time on phone line is terrible and finding a dialing path to a human is very difficult. Terrible customer service. I've made about four claims now and spent at least 2.5 hours on the phone (usually on hold) while they try to go between me and the insurance adjuster.
