Lost doggle

Ok i bought a new t.v and decided to use my keyboard to enter my info in the areas that called for it but when i found out that the t.v was no good i returned it but forgot to remove the doggle and before you know it the store where i got it from sold it again and so went my doggle so now i need a replacement .
