Good day I trust that you are well 3 years ago I purchased a lounge suite from Decofurn in durban. Last year I noticed that the lounge set was peeling badly and made contact with the store as it appeared to be a factory defect. One of the staff swopped out 2 of the headrests for me but a short while afterwards these headrests started peeling as well. I have since made contact with the durban branch manager who ofers me no assistance and claims that it was due to lack of care. After their some research i found numerous similar complaints on their facebook page, these couches are still being manufactured and sold at decofurn with no recourse from decofurn when these expensive cpunches start peeling at an alarming rate.
