Boy they sure are quick to charge a late fee. I made the mistake of forgetting a payment! Received 1st late notice and dropped payment in post office box next morning, check cleared on 10/08/15 . 2nd notice mailed on 10/08/15. Late fee charged. Called and explained I made a mistake and overlooked payment and was told sorry we only delete late fees when its our fault..... How about a little empathy here? I didnt get a credit score of 830 for being delinquent and/or not making payments. This is my second auto loan CUW and it will be my last! Barry S
