Terrible customer service and inability to own thier own mistake and make good on their mistakes. They specified the incorrect battery for my Canon EOS Rebel SL1 camera and when I contacted them about the mistake in their listing they were not willing to take back the unused item and send out the correct item. Very disappointed with this company and the lack of customer service ethics and integrity
