I haven't received my items yet. When I tried to track the item, I notice there are two times of delivery attempt but failed due to 'consignee not in/office closed'. Today I did call ABX semporna asking if my item is there with them or is it really at Tawau, but they assure me it's on the way to get delivered to my house in TAMAN PELANGI SEMPORNA. There was no any delivery attempt as I was at my house waiting for my parcel, but I got notified I wasnt at home so it didn't get delivered. I also noticed that it's got delivered at Tawau when it was supposed to deliver to Semporna? How can they make delivery attempt when I live at Semporna? Please settle this matter as soon as possible. I'm already tired of waiting, getting my hopes high just to get lied at and accused of not being home.
