I ordered this item 4 months ago and every time I email them for an update they also say they apologize I have never known any company to take 4mths to ship an item. I want my item or my refund. I am sick of the round around and I do not want anymore apologies. I am beginning to think it's a scam and I will never refer anyone to this company. This is ridiculous.
