It is a joke

A few years ago I opened an Acorns account. I just set aside a small amount of money every month and rounded it up with one of my debit cards I was lucky that I didn't want to do it seriously. Since I haven't used the account for a long time, I wanted to delete it. I have never had such a hard time getting my own money! Customer service is a farce. I was informed that my issue would be escalated and that I would receive an email within a day or a couple of days after I ended up talking to someone on chat who couldn't help me. This did not happen, so I contacted the chat again, but received no help. I was promised that they would email me again. But they did not, I had to contact them again. This company is a joke… Because they are not going to refund your money without a fight. And they eventually returned them to me, but my time is worth more than the money that was there.
