Issue with an alwrt I am receiving and issues with crash alert

I have 2 issues Want to speak to someone and NO promot allows this I to happen i . have never in the past had an Afobe issues, but recently I am becoming so annoyed with Adobe because of the difficulty reaching support.Please someone contact me I have been getting crash alerts and alerts that you need updated info which I have found that these types of requests are usually fraudulent and i dont respond to them.
