I purchased a black *** skirt, that was to include a satin sash belt apart from the skirt. I specified on a date to have it delivered or else to cancel the order. Not only did it arrive one day late, it also came incomplete. I paid for both items and the 2-3 business delivery and now I am with no satin sash. I have reached out to them via email, and phone and although they have responded they think Im not serious and failed to take care of the issue. They say it's in the bag and I am telling them it is not. I just want what I paid for.
