They will give you the run-around over and over, while phone staff don't know who to refer you to. When you finally get someone after being hung up on numerous times, they don't help you. When they tell you where to fax something, they refuse to call to let you know if anything is missing, but mail you a letter weeks later saying they didn't get all of the document. Finally mailed them the whole document that's certified, and yet they claim there's still another page missing! Just delaying to collect more interest!
