Absolutely agree with her unhappiness I had the same terrible experience, when I needed the TCP number for my Limousine company filed and instead of this after $475 paid, they got me CA number! Convincing me that they are professional and know that I need it, sorry, but I didn't ask for it. And all that process too 7 month! Like you said they are quick for money and exceptionally slow for work! I had to deal with Jennifer and Micki - both know nothing about the subject I needed to be done. I want my money back too.
