I ordered a set of cocktail tables and end tables on 6/30/20 and cancelled them on 7/1/20. They notified me that the order had already been shipped. I found out later from Amazon that the order, in fact, did not ship until 7/2/20, so my order could have easily been cancelled but was not. They also emailed me that my huge item left in my driveway could not be picked up for a return and that there was a 15% restocking fee. Then they informed me that a shipping label to return the item was $100. My items cost $277. They also said I had to call with the tracking number or they would not process the refund. I have never had such difficulty returning something online before and hope to NEVER deal with 123Stores ever again!!! User's recommendation: DO NOT ORDER ANY ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE!!!
