Update by user Aug 20, 2020 I've been leaving messages calling people and nobody called me back nobody has said anything this man is not going to get away with treating me like that Original review posted by user Aug 20, 2020 In the morning time I had called because the blinds have fell in my room it's all in my head I think pretty heavy the blinds any way to talk to the girl one point so much to see what she could do a couple hours later actually went down there and she said that they're all at lunch and that she's let me know well about 40 minutes later I called back and the GM at answered the general manager and I told him what happened about how I tried to open the blinds they fell on me. Once was there any concern about if I was okay if if my head was okay not once she asked if I was okay I thought maybe you was going to ask no he asked me if I was okay because I was talking fast I said that's just me that's how I talk this man procedures to be rude to me on the phone but you told me you was going to come into my room it's after I left obviously try to get somebody up there to look at it blinds I came downstairs because he was being rude I asked him for the managers number above him he would not give it to me he told me that I needed to get out of his building and I said why what is wrong he said because I was on *** he yelled this in front of two employees and two other guests all because I was talking fast I've been talking fast since I was a little girl I don't know what this guy thinks he is he cannot get away with this this dude is out of control I need to speak with somebody if you talk fast don't don't go to this hotel you get accused of being a *** head
