I was billed this month for subscription canceled last month

I canceled Disney plus on August 11th, because I moved and only had the subscription for my niece, when she came to visit. I was billed again this month and when I called to cancel I was able to speak with a person. I also have ESPN and your representative was able to help me setup all my devices. Now, none of them work except my Galaxy S10 and I have to mirror from my phone to the TV's or laptop. I don't mind that except I can't use my phone while watching ESPN I need some help, please!
