I want to claim my Trip Interruption Benefits

I get flat tire and tow my car in this Saturday. The accident happened 100 miles away from my home. Base on the benefits for m All State Motor club, I should have been covered for my trip interruption. I have already send an email for u guys for that. Please help me fix this issue. I have tried to call for more than 3 hours already. I have been transferred for more than 10 times. Nobody gonna to help me with that.
