Took my car in by appointment. Car didnt get started on till near closing on appt.day.I guess they figured theyd rush me through anyway. Almost done James/Mgr says I got some bad news but dont get too upset.We were trying to hide a mistake with black silicone on my rear window tint and the black silicone got all over the rear seat.(Near new white upholstry)Even worse it got on my new white headliner on both sides. The mgr. James asked me to bring it back in, and they would clean it. It made me sick seeing what they had done! I tried to clean it in one spot just to see if it would clean when I got home. It wouldnt completely,it was stained!So I took it to 4 local detailers and they got the same result.I had them put it in writing. James said they could have it dyed then. I said Id call him back. I went to 3 local upholstery shops. They all agreed,dye jobs? It will never be what it was!It could even crack and peel.My car is a classic.Interior was immaculant,all new! Now the back half is brownish/white after using the best vinyl cleaners. I refused to take my car back!Frankly I wouldnt trust this place with a toy wagon! I took all my written documents and estimates.Including a new retint to top it off! There were even scratches in the tint at installation! These guys could do nothing right. When I took my estimates and documents showing it would cost $6000. to make it like it was when I brought it there the guy who tinted my windows was smoking pot in his car in the parking lot. The shop locked all the doors before I got there. (I had called to let them know I was bringing the paperwork). I pretended to leave and parked around the corner. 5 min. later the bay door opens,they thought I had left.I gave James all the detailers notes and upholstery estimates. I never got a dime of reimbursment from this place! Not a dime! James claims I was greedy and wanted a new interior. I already had a new interior! Except now its stained by AAA Windowtint. I guess it would take an attorney,Oh by the way,James says they arent insured either!
