I have paid up my account, but now they are blacklisting me

Good day My monthly installment was deducted on a monthly basis with a debit order, so then the debit order stopped years ago, and I assume the account was paid up. But now I was blacklisted, and I cannot find any contact numbers to try and sort this out. I ried to get a number on the internet, but with no success.
