Well long long ago I had treatment done and to have somethink rub into my head then sit under a heat lamp and to have no photo done at the start to see if there would be any improvement made me very angry and I thought for my money, well after many years I'm still very angry about it and I think I was so ripped off. And now many years later I've lost more and more hair and now it has REALY *** me off.
