Dear Madam/Sir, my partner saw an apartment for me in 47 Moyne Road, Ranelagh as I was unable to get there in time for the viewing. There were 2 apartments to let for around 1000E rent permonth. The cleanliness, even basic hygiene was just not existent at all! It seems this place is to be even a health hazard. Electricity cabling seemed dodgy, the oven was dirty as the carpets and the dwarf-sized shower cabins. I do not understand how people can get away with offering this type of rental property and am concerned as a medical Doctor for anybody who would be desperate enough to live here.
