Http://www.matlabassignmenthelp.com/ scam

I have been struggling so much to graduate on time to return to my country and be with my family. So I decided to search online for Mat-lab assistance. I bumped into this website http://www.matlabassignmenthelp.com/. I contacted them right away using their e-mail address to seek assistance. This is their e-mail address info@***.com They asked me for a brief description of what I needed assistance with. I told them that I need help with my final project (3D MRI simulator). After a topic was decided upon, they gave me the total cost which is $1100.00USD including tax. They agreed to allow me to pay in 2 installments and promised the submit the final project 20 -25 days after the first payment was made but not before the second payment was made. So I made the first payment of $550.00USD on 15th August 2012 then the second payment of $550.00USD on the 11th September 2012. Please image 05 and image 06. I was told that these two persons will be assisting me with my project. Please find attached image 01 and image 02. This is the name of the person that the money was sent too. Please see image 03. I contacted him (the expert) using these 2 e-mail address Vivek Chaturvedi (vivek@***.com) and info@***.com. This person and this sight is also link to this website in India. http://edtutorial.com/contact-us.php On this website, the address in India are the same. They also claimed to have an address in the USA as well. Please check the contact information. Now please see image 04. I spoke to the person who said that he is and expert via Skype. This is an image of his profile on Skype. It contains a cell number and e-mail address as well. Every time I call that number he keeps telling me that he doesn't know what I am talking about but he is the person that I spoke to via Skype. Office Contact information: A- 296 , Okhla phase - 1, New Delhi - 110020 , India. Tel: +919310****94. These people promised to deliver my final project on the 17th September and that they would assist and guide me from the beginning to the end. They also promised to explain everything to me. On the 19th September, they sent me some *** files that has nothing to do with my project topic. It seems as though they copied some codes from online and sent them to me. They can't work and they have a lot of bugs. They asked me for more time and promised to contact me 1 week later. Until now I have not heard from them. They aren't taking my calls and they aren't responding to my emails. I was ripped off. Can you please do something to try and help me out. My heart is hurting right now because I was ripped off and I may not graduate this year. These people are using Mat-lab's name to rip off students.
