Needless to say, If I could give no stars I would I have tried sending several emails to This dealership concerning what really went on in the service department the day I brought a friend in to pick up her car From Lance and while she was going over her paperwork with Lance and turning in her rental to a very nice lady these two who by the way was the only saving attributes of the service department. I look through the glass into what seemed to be another office and witness a tall lady with dark hair and skinny place two bottles of wine into something behind a partition. This is a car service department and employees are allowed alcohol on the premises? Now there's a scary thought. Number one if this were a great company, why in 3 months have I heard nothing back from them after sending several Emails? And I know they remove bad reviews when they are able to do so. Then when my friend ask to make an appt for a warranty issue on a Saturday she was told that they do not do warranty work or recalls on Saturdays that Saturdays where for customer pay only because they are only half-staffed on Saturdays and the person who does the GM rentals was off on the weekend and no one else could do them.
