Horrible service and even worse customer service
I have never complained about a company before: most companies try their best (but sometimes fail) to serve the customer, and that is part of life. Acanac just wants your money. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD!! They will keep on billing waaaay beyond service termination and you will NOT get your money back. Ultimately they will blame YOU for not following their complicated, bogus protocols that don't work anyway. Good luck speaking to someone on the phone, and when you do they just ask you to email them. Days and weeks go by without a response, and then you will be blamed for not emailing them properly! Service is poor, and customer service is even more pitiful. Do yourself a huge favour and try someone (anyone) else.
