Horrible customer service and day late

Flowers were ordered 3 days in advance and despite 4 follow up calls on the requested delivery date, they were never delivered. Recipient tries reaching the local florist who not only didn’t answer their phone, they had no Voice mail set up and used the excise of “no contact” for their reason for delay. They NEVER contacted me to assist despite my 4 calls, 1 online chat, and 3 emails to them to assist . HORRIBLE! And, after a snarky remark by a “supervisor” she refused to identify herself. RUN!!! User's recommendation: Run the other way!
