Horrible!!!!!!

I sent for the free sample and received it but never got a notice about them sending me another shipment. I was shocked when I saw they had charged almost 200.00 to my debit card. I called immediately to tell them I couldn't afford their product and I wanted my account closed and the information to return the shipment. Turned out the person then cancelled my account which I wanted done, got the address to return the product which was literally 20 minutes on I77 North from my home in North Canton, Ohio. Now they claim my account was closed and they say they never received my returned shipment. Talked to several people on several occasions. Would never give or connect me to a manager or another address I could call/write to advance my claim.
