Bought this salt in a 10oz. The grinder part works well. You want to know the not-so-great? It doesn't seem to be re-useable. If it's not, and I have to toss this out, that's a real shame. I bought a Wegmans Coarse Himalayan Salt Refill, and I can't use it. Great. We all need to be more environmentally conscious, and I don't want to have to buy a separate salt grinder for this. It really is the small things, guys, that makes a difference.
