We input all the details for both vouchers and he checked that we would be booked into the same flight together as they'd given us two separate vouchers rather than one. They said yes. Came to day and got a phone call to say there was a spare seat so we took his daughter along. They then sold that seat and informed us only one of us had been checked in. Staff on the day explained it was probably an admin mistake and we'd be given another flight without issue. We even said we definitely won't be charged will we and they said no! Now they are saying they didn't make a mistake and have done nothing wrong and the owner who is abroad so we can't speak to him agrees she doesn't have to refund us or put us on another flight. Total scam. Awful customer service rude and liars!
