We have one of his builds in our fleet of limousines and limo busses. It is a sharp unit and VERY well built. I was lucky enough to get a tour of the plant where he builds his units. I saw that he uses the highest quality materials, even in places that the consumer will never see. He could have cut corners and purchased lower quality brands to save money and increase profit but he takes pride in what he builds and buys the best. As with any new build, there will be issues. Almost every issue we've had were manufacturer defects and NOT the fault of the builder who used their products. When we have had issues, The care, concern, and promptness are unsurpassed! We have many different builders in our fleet of limousines and party buses. CT Coachworks has far surpassed them all with their customer service when issues do arise.
