Loyal customer for over 27 years. Needed access from old date. Requested 6-12 months access to old data. After three hours on phone, chat, the Filipino crew shut me down. Quoted me thousands f dollars. Looks like we are building the wrong wall. LBFM's have a place. It's not here. I will discontinue Turbo tax, Quick books, and all Intuit products. User's recommendation: Go somewhere else. Intuit is not a US company. Greed.
