Joined their vacation club only to find that we could book an all inclusive trip to Costa Rica cheaper on our own. They claim they can save you up to 60% on international travel and guarantee the cheapest price at time of booking. they LIE! We tried for several weeks on end to contact our representative but his mailbox was always full. We emailed him also but never got a response. We also contacted A2Z vacations , who is responsible for booking the trips.They told us to contact our representative. They are also affiliated with Travelscapes /UniversalConcepts. It is a scam!
